JOHN HENRY DAYS
John Henry Days is an annual three day celebration that takes place the 2nd weekend of July.
The festival started in 1997 and quickly became a local favorite. A Friday evening concert at the Great Bend Tunnel kicks off the event. Saturday include breakfast, a Grand Parade, Kid’s Carnival, arts & crafts vendors, live music, an evening concert, and fireworks. Sunday opens with church service at the tunnel, a car show, and "Pluck a Duck" lottery drawing.
